Nice app, but it would be nice to not just see a whoops message when we make a mistake, but also see how are code wouldve turned out and an explanation on how its wrong. Actually, right or wrong it be nice to always see the codes out put since it seems like sometimes it just gives us a right message. It might explain this later, but it would be nice if it went in depth for why using camas in certain places, why quotes here and not there, why a : here instead of an = etc. I want to know why I have to use ()s in certain places and so on. I want to not just know the hows but the whys too. Can you also please make selections for multiple choice more defined? Its pretty light and can be hard to tell the difference between selected and none selected. Can you also please make the back arrow easily to see? Its barely visible. Nice app though, add these and Im sure itll be much better! :) Thanks for reading! :)

This is a great tutorial app. Learning swift is fun!
The multiple answer quiz questions need to be reviewed for accuracy. If an "all of the above" type option is available and selected, the answer should be counted as correct without needing to select the other answers.
Looks like a beautiful app, but doesnt work in landscape mode, so its useless with the Smart Keyboard on the iPad Pro. Significant oversight, since that makes it a lot easier to program.
I was really excited to find an app that teaches coding since Ive had an idea for a game but I know nothing about coding. I was very disappointed with this app since it leads you to believe that its beginner friendly, but its really not. You need to already have basic knowledge of coding in order to follow and understand these lessons. Furthermore the price is way too steep considering the limited information provided in this app. Someone who really wants to learn coding should just do some research online and find tons of helpful information for free.
I liked the app, specially its exams. Im going to buy the full version.
I was always looking for websites to learn how to code and I never found anything and then I see that there are also apps that are for learning how to code. I love the app because I knew nothing about coding and now I know a lot of things. It is a very good place to start for people that dont know anything about coding. Love it.
This app is useful because it doesnt force the user to type out long chunks of code (a difficult feat on a tiny phone!) Also, its not too expensive and lets the user try it out before purchasing the full version, which isnt ridiculously priced at three bucks.
Hes really good at demonstrating concepts
I decided to try and learn Swift from Objective C and found this app. Glad I did! Being otherwise self taught this app not only taught me about Swift but application to underlying concepts I was using in Objective C. Worth every penny! :)
SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is yet another app that Apple has made obsolete by their free and wonderful app Swift Playgrounds.
One of the best coding tutorials Ive seen! I think it being interactive really speeds up the learning process. I hope to see a tutorial on Swift + Cocoa soon! Maybe even PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, and others too!
I have been trying the find an app to learn code for a long time because I want to work with code in the future, and this app the best and easy for beginners looking for a way to learn code.
Its an amazing app! Very easy to learn from. And for person who said its misleading saying its free but its really not, read the description of the app. It says 3 chapters free, and if you want to continue, you purchase the other chapters. For all 14 chapters its $2.99. Dont be so cheap people.
From the latest update description, I see that you have updated syntax in accordance with swift 2.3. As a learner, how do I know which lessons do I have to retake to get myself upto date the the updated syntax? It would be awesome if you can show some kind of marker on the already completed excercises to indicate that, I need to redo them to get myself upto date with the latest syntax.
This app is a GREAT way to learn Swift, but ultimately, you will not be able to just sit down and write an iPhone app after learning the Swift language - you still need intimate knowledge about Xcode and how to use controllers, delegates, threads, etc.
I like it but I will prefer it in other language like spanish
So far, I have used this app for a few days and I have learned a lot already, it is well paced. Sometimes it is difficult to understand with all the different colors of font. There is one glitch that I have noticed, in chapter two, whenever I click on a lesson, it gives me the lesson after it so if I click on lesson 02-01 it will give me 02-02, so I can not access the first lesson in that chapter and whenever I click on the last lesson, (which is a quiz) it lags and I have to restart the app. So it is asking me to either pay or share to unlock chapter 3 since a little while before I went back into lesson 1 while I still could and went back so it was marked as unfinished so I cant unlock it for free.
